What you get:

• 12x16 matte poster print of the finalized artwork. Choose to receive the print only or to receive the print framed.

• Hi-res PDF and JPG of the finished artwork.

How it works:

• Add this item to your cart.

• You’ll be prompted to include additional information about the house you’d like me to draw. Please include important details like when you’d like to have this piece in hand, and whether it’s for you or a gift for someone else!

• If you choose framed, you can choose between a white or black finish for the frame. (Frames are made of lightweight alder wood from renewable forests, and they include an acrylite protector and hanging hardware.)

• Once you have purchased and gotten an order number, email photos of the house to eyedotcreative@gmail.com and include the order number in the subject line or email. Clear photos taken in the daytime work best. Try to get photos of the house from a few angles, and include close-ups of details of the house you want to make I include.

• I will send progress reports, questions, and review requests to your email to ensure that the portrait I draw contains the details and information you’re going for!

• Because house portraits are completely custom, typical turnaround time for a house portrait is two to three weeks, plus a few days for framing if you select the framed option.
