  • Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days, but orders that contain print-on-demand items (framed prints, mugs, tote bags, accessory pouches) may take up to 6 business days for manufacturing before they are shipped out.

    If you choose USPS First Class shipping at checkout, you’ll typically receive the items within 3-5 days of ship date, or sooner depending on where you live.

    As always, we appreciate your patience with shipping times, particularly around holidays, as some USPS and other carrier delays are out of our hands!

  • Eyedot Creative ships cards, pins, buttons, magnets, stickers, unframed art prints from our home office in Nashville.

    We work with print-on-demand manufacturers to make some of our products, including mugs, tote bags, accessory pouches, framed art prints, and more. Those products ship directly from the printing facility upon purchase.

    If you order some greeting cards along with a mug, for example, the greeting cards will ship from Nashville and the mug will ship from the mug production facility, and they will arrive separately. You do not have to pay for shipping twice, but you may end up having more than one tracking number for your order, if it ships in multiple parts.

  • Returns and exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged in shipping. However, we want everyone to be happy with their items, so if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please email us so we can hear from you!

    Cancellations: If you decide you need to cancel your order, we can often accommodate a cancellation request if the item has not gone into production yet and/or has not been mailed yet. Please email us at eyedotcreative@gmail.com as soon as you know you need to cancel so we can see if it’s possible!

  • Incorrect items: Please email eyedotcreative@gmaiol.com and include your order number and a picture of the incorrect item received. We’ll work to send you the correct item ASAP!

    Damaged items: Email us within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged item with photos of the damage and your order number.

  • Yes! If you’re in the Nashville, Tenn., area, you’re welcome to come pick up your items. Just select “local pickup” when checking out. You will receive an order confirmation, and then an email notification when your items are ready for pickup. That email will contain pickup instructions.

    Items will typically be ready for pickup within three days, unless you order something that will be manufactured upon purchase (mugs, framed prints, accessory pouches, tote bags). Those items may take longer to process.

    Our pickup box is on a porch that requires climbing some stairs; if you need a more accessible pickup location, please email us at eyedotcreative@gmail.com upon placing your order so we can make accommodations!

  • To keep things simple, shipping is $3.98 flat rate across all products. Items that are heavy and more expensive to ship have some of the shipping costs built into their price.

  • Orders over $16 will come with tracking! Small sticker orders, however, will ship via USPS letter mail, which does not offer tracking. The stickers will be packed with a rigid backing card to prevent bending.
